Many people might have walked past chickens before and not looked twice. But there are those who stop a moment and discover that there is more than first meets the eye...

Most people who have kept chickens will be able to tell you that every one of their chickens are different. Not just in looks, but in personality too. On A Chicken Keeper's Blog I hope I can encourage people of all ages to start up responsible chicken keeping. From a couple of hens in the backyard to a flock of thirty or more on the smallholding, I hope I can help and give advice to both the beginner and more experienced chicken keeper. 

Chicken keeping can be fun, rewarding and informative whether a business or hobby.
